In staying with our Moodboard theme, as well as the spirit of #throwbackthursday, we've taken it back to the 1980's to get you in the mood to sweat. The era of spandex, big hair, and bigger muscles also produced quite a few workout jams. We sampled from movie montages (thank you Top Gun and Rocky), arena anthems, and hair metal classics to put together a two-hour list that's sure to get your heart-rate up. So go get your pump on!
